I love doing abstract landscapes - I start with large swathes of colour and then refine the artwork into blocks, using line, form, tone and colour to create an abstract landscape. To me, this painting shows where I live - the natural beauty of Port Stephens. I love using dashes, Lins and colours to create mood and atmosphere, and in this one I have tried to use a more subdued palette. I hope you can see something that speaks to you.
